Food at the Senior Center

Lunch is served at the Senior Center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in a congregate setting. These meals meet 1/3 of the recommended daily allowance requirements for senior adults. Please see the menu page for specific times and menu items for the day.

Activities

Check the activities calendar for all the fun we are having at the Senior Center

Health Screenings

Blood pressure checks are provided multiple times throughout the month.

Please see the calendar for specific dates and times for the next health screening.

Exercise

Walking Club is held on Thursday mornings at 8:30 AM.

Line Dancing is held on Tuesdays at 9:00 AM.

Strength Training is held at 9 AM and Chair Fitness is held at 9:45 AM on Fridays.

Additional programs may be offered so please check the calendar for updated information.

Entertainment

A variety of entertainers are scheduled. If you would like to be put on the schedule or for information on who is scheduled, please contact The Senior Center at (817) 596-4640 ext. 118.
